HOW OUR LUGGAGE MADE
At Asia Luggage’s own factory in China, our luggage is crafted with a strong commitment to quality and innovation, utilizing 100% Virgin Bayer Makrolon® PC (Polycarbonate) to create exceptionally lightweight yet durable products. This high-performance material is known for its impressive strength-to-weight ratio, allowing us to design luggage that can withstand the rigors of travel while remaining easy to carry. The production process begins with the careful selection of premium Bayer Makrolon® PC, which is molded into sleek, aerodynamic shapes that enhance both functionality and style. Our skilled craftsmen employ advanced techniques to ensure precise fabrication, ensuring that each piece of luggage is not only robust but also aesthetically pleasing. LUGGAGE QUALITY TEST
At Asia Luggage, our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship is exemplified through our rigorous quality testing processes, ensuring that every piece of luggage is built to withstand the demands of modern travel. Each suitcase undergoes a series of comprehensive tests designed to evaluate durability and performance. The Handle Drop Test assesses the strength of the handle by simulating the stresses it faces during use, while the Suitcase Drop Test measures impact resistance by dropping the luggage from various heights. The Suitcase Treadmill Test mimics the wear and tear of travel by subjecting the luggage to continuous movement, ensuring that it can handle the rigors of transit. We also perform a Suitcase Zipper Test to ensure that zippers operate smoothly and resist breakage, and the Suitcase Tumble Test evaluates how well the luggage can endure rough handling. Additionally, the Temperature and Humidity Test checks the resilience of materials against extreme environmental conditions.
